Customer Reviews

Gets better with use
Updating my previous review-
I no longer have any gas when using it. I have also increased the amount I use without GI distress. While it doesn't sweeten my coffee well, I am continuing to use it as it may protect liver cells from the detrimental effects of fructose.*

Sorta sweet...
Trehalose is definitely less sweet than sugar. I find I need a heaping Tbsp for my coffee. I may go back to using glycine. As for the gas factor- yeah, it increases wind. I have good guts, so I didn't have any pain or discomfort, but I did have a LOT of gas during the first week of use. That seems to be decreasing now, so it may simply be a matter of gut flora/fauna acclimating. I haven't noticed any marked increases in energy.*
